Gwendal Guillerme

Gwendal is the founder of GwG Real Estate, an asset management company focused on industrial and logistics real estate. Prior to founding GwG Real Estate, Gwendal worked during 15 years for renowned asset management companies (Savills IM, Rockspring, Patrizia, and Garbe Industrial). During this period, Gwendal managed more than €1 billion in assets and transacted more than €600 million, mainly in the logistics and industrial sectors. Gwendal is a graduate of HEC Paris (Grande Ecole program) and holds a law degree from the University of Versailles Saint Quentin.
