Biography
Dan Valenzano is Senior Partner of GREYKITE. He helped establish the firm in 2023, and is a member of the firm's Executive and Investment Committees. Prior to GREYKITE, Dan was Head of European Value-Add Transactions at PATRIZIA, and served on the firm's Management Committee. He previously worked at TPG as a Principal in the European real estate group, and he began his career in the Real Estate & Leisure investment banking group at UBS in London. Dan’s principal investment experience spans twelve European countries and more than €5 billion in real estate transactions, and he has served on the board of directors of several public and private real estate companies. Dan holds a BASc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto and a MSc in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford, where he currently serves as the real estate industry advisor to the Saïd Business School.
