Biography

Carlos Perez de Yrigoyen is a seasoned real estate executive with over a decade of experience in asset management, distressed investments, and portfolio strategy. He has led high-value NPL and REO Portfolio for top institutional investors, managing assets +80bn so far.

As Director Global Real Estate Business Partnership at Hipoges, Carlos has a Corporate role where overseeing strategy, performance, growth, and client relations, driving through our Hipoges’ subsidiaries companies.
His large expertise and strategic mindset, with a proven track record in delivering value in complex real estate markets.

Carlos holds an MBA from ESADE Business School and Master’s in Real Estate Science, combining financial expertise with strategic leadership.
