Carlos Pérez de Yrigoyen is a Senior Real Estate Executive with over a decade of experience in asset management, portfolio strategy, and distressed real estate investments across Europe. He has successfully led large-scale NPL (non-performing loan) and REO (real estate owned) portfolios on behalf of leading Top Tier institutional investors, including Blackstone, Cerberus, KKR among others, managing assets valued at over €80bn. His expertise spans the full investment lifecycle—from acquisition and underwriting to restructuring, value enhancement, and exit strategies. He combines deep financial insight with strategic leadership and a strong operational approach. In 2025, he assumed the role of Business Development Director, where he now leads the company’s strategic growth initiatives, strengthens institutional relationships, and drives the expansion of Hipoges across existing and new markets.
