Biography
Anne Génot is the CEO and Co-Founder of PICTURE Asset Management, an independent real estate asset management and investment advisory firm she co-founded in 2020. With over 22 years of experience in the European real estate industry, Anne leads a team managing around €600 million in assets across multiple property sectors. The firm is AMF-regulated and focuses on ESG integration and long-term value creation. Before founding PICTURE, Anne held senior roles at La Française and Allianz Real Estate. She holds degrees in engineering from INSA Lyon, urban planning, and real estate finance from ESSEC Business School. She is also a co-founder of the Association 17% and is involved in various professional organizations.
