Biography
Aaron Knight is a senior managing director and co-head of EMEA Capital Markets at Walker & Dunlop, based in London. In this role, he is responsible for advising and sourcing debt and equity capital on behalf of institutional clients across Western Europe and asset classes, including build-to-rent, purpose-built student accommodation, logistics, office, retail, and alternatives such as life sciences, self-storage, and data centres. He has more than 20 years of experience negotiating, structuring, and advising on commercial real estate debt products on both floating- and fixed-rate bases, including senior and mezzanine debt, whole‑loan and bridge financings, loan‑on‑loan structures, equity joint ventures, and recapitalisations.
