Vitor Senra
Biography
Vitor Senra is the Managing Director and co-founder of Brio Investimentos, established in 2012. He stems from a family with over five decades of involvement in the real estate market, particularly in São Paulo, with his father entering the sector in 1970. Vitor himself began his career in real estate in 1995. At Brio Investimentos, he focuses on real estate investment and development, specializing in the residential market. The firm currently manages approximately R$850 million across its funds and boasts a portfolio of 43 residential and commercial projects.

Em setembro de 2025, o fundo Brio Real Estate V (BIPE11) investiu R$ 20 milhões em empreendimentos de luxo em São Paulo. De janeiro a abril de 2024, a venda de apartamentos cresceu 94%.
