Biography
Tamara Mereb is an Asset & Property Management Director at Goodman Group, where she excels in prospecting and negotiating leases, managing lease agreements, managing properties and operations, and supporting technical teams in new product development. She is also currently responsible for all Goodman’s divestments. With a strong background in business development and investment management, Tamara has successfully led multidisciplinary teams and managed projects over R$400 million in capex. Her proven expertise in M&A is highlighted by her experience in conducting all stages of the M&A process, including search and selection, deal structuring, valuation, negotiation, and due diligence. Tamara has built valuable commercial relationships with retail, ecommerce, and 3PL companies throughout the years. She holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Universidade de Sao Paulo and has completed certifications in negotiation and real estate investments.
