Ruy Hernandez is a Director and co-founder of Lotus Cidade, a leading Brazilian construction and real estate development company based in Brasília. Co-founded in 2018 with his brother, the firm is renowned for its innovative, sustainable, and high-quality projects, expanding operations to Miami. Hernandez's extensive experience in real estate began in 2010, managing his family's property portfolio. Under his leadership, Lotus Cidade has achieved significant milestones, including the sale of the Lotus Corporate to the World Bank and the rental of Lotus Prime to the Delegation of the European Union in Brazil. Currently, the company is developing the Lotus Tower, set to be one of Brazil's largest corporate developments. Ruy Hernandez was recognized in Forbes Brasil's Under 30 list for his entrepreneurial success in the industry.
