Biography
He has over 30 years of professional experience in the real estate and capital markets and has been a partner in the real estate segment at Patria Investimentos since 2024. He was a founding partner of VBI Real Estate, where he acted as a member of the investment committee and head of the office segment for over 18 years. Rodrigo began his career in 1994 at the São Paulo Stock Exchange and, in 1997, joined CB Richard Ellis, a real estate consulting firm, where he worked in commercial and investor relations for 11 years. Rodrigo holds a degree in Engineering from the Escola Politécnica at the University of São Paulo, an MBA from Reading University (UK), College of Estate Management, a postgraduate degree in Project Management from the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (UK), and Fellow from the RICS. Rodrigo is certified by ANBIMA (CGE) and is a portfolio manager registered at CVM.
