Atualmente, ocupa a posição de Diretor Executivo de Hospitality na CBRE
Brasil, englobando o mercado de Hotéis, Familly Offices e Branded
Residences.
Possui uma carreira de relevância internacional. Antes de
ingressar na CBRE Brasil, atuou em empresas como Athie Wonhart,
Grupo DAMAC, e Accor.
Com mais de 20 anos de experiência na indústria hoteleira, Paulo
possui uma carreira consolidada no setor de hospitalidade e desenvolvimento imobiliário. Graduado em Engenharia Civil pelo IMT, ele também possui graduação em Direito,
além de uma pós-graduação em Administração de Empresas pela
FGV) É professor na Florida International University, onde leciona na área de Hospitality Investments. Sua formação ampla contribuiu significativamente para suas habilidades de
comunicação, gestão e liderança.
Além disso, ele participa como jurado mundial no Prêmio Hotel do Ano,
uma competição reconhecida mundialmente que destaca os melhores
estabelecimentos do setor hoteleiro.
