Biography

Marcelo Vainstein has worked for over 20 years as director of important institutions. He was head of Real Estate at Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan. He was responsible for several equity and debt issues in the capital markets, structuring M&A transactions and providing strategic advice to domestic and foreign investors with emphasis on the real estate sector. In 1995, he was elected the best equity analyst in Latin America by Institutional Investor magazine.
