Biography

With over 20 years of experience in the real estate market, I specialize in the origination and structuring of commercial, residential, logistics, and industrial real estate projects. My career has been defined by the development of complex operations, connecting landowners, investors, and end clients.

I am the founder and CEO of Zolver, a company I established in 2024 with a mission to place the client at the center of every decision. We offer a personalized approach throughout the entire real estate journey, committed to creating value for both businesses and individuals, and unlocking the full potential of every square meter.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from PUC-MG. I began my career at Odebrecht, starting as an intern and rising to become Regional Director for the SP, RJ, MG, and DF markets. I also served as a Director at WTorre for five years, where I developed over 1 million square meters for major players in the logistics and industrial sectors.
