I'm a serial entrepreneur by nature. My goal is not only to create and lead unique companies but also workplaces where people can be the best version of themselves. From a very young age, my early memories are about creating businesses and learning from my mistakes. Leading and inspiring people is also a natural part of my essence as a human being. I was 8 years old when I decided to look for my first job - making photocopies. From there, my career was quite diverse: waiter, journalist, professor, and more. It didn't take me long to realise that my talent was in helping and serving people. I quickly understood that being a good leader was not only about creating fantastic products and services but that it was more about creating safe and exciting places for people to realise their full potential. Focusing more on the journey than on the final result, I saw the opportunity to transform a dying business into the largest and most important networking club of senior real estate and infrastructure leaders from around the world, with members in over 100 countries. From this main adventure, a few other businesses have been created and acquired along the way. In the last two decades, I have had the opportunity to do business and close deals in Asia, Europe, the US, the Middle East, and Latin America. I have also led a few M&As, fundraisers, and other investments. Today I spend most of my time leading the growth of the GRI Club and 8 Capital Group (www.8capital.group).
