Biography
Felipe Guazzelli is the Director of Property Leasing at BGR ASSET, bringing extensive expertise to the Brazilian real estate market. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from ESPM and a postgraduate degree in Real Estate from FIA. Guazzelli's career includes seven years at Cushman & Wakefield, where he advanced to Director in the Tenant Representation Department. In 2014, he joined BR Properties (now BGR Asset), initially in the Investment Department focusing on portfolio management. From 2021 to 2023, he served as Non-Statutory Investment Director, overseeing both investment and leasing areas. He currently leads Property Leasing, leveraging his strong background in real estate transactions and strategic portfolio management.

BGR ASSET, created as a Resource Manager, has activities that make up the complete real estate cycle: the initial phase of acquisition or incorporation, the operational phase with leasing, property management and consolidation, and the exit, that is, the sale of the property. Through different investment vehicles, we operate in commercial ventures such as corporate buildings and logistics and industrial warehouses, located in the main consolidated regions of the country.
