Biography

Elad directs Brookfield's real estate investment activities in Brazil. Before your position Managing Director, Elad served as CIO and CFO of Real Estate at Brookfield, where he oversaw the planning and financial operations for your commercial real estate portfolio in Brazil. Elad has more 15 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining Brookfield in 2009, Elad spent five years at Morgan Stanley in Securitized Products Group where he was involved in the origination, underwriting and securitization of loans commercial properties for retail sale, office and industrial properties. Elad has Bachelor of Business and Administration from the University of Southern California
