Ed Boyd

Ed Boyd is a Senior Managing Director for Greystar’s Americas Principal Business, overseeing strategy, business development, and investment execution across Canada and South America. He is also responsible for overseeing accounting functions supporting investment and development activities throughout the entire Americas platform. Ed currently sits on the Greystar Executive Committee. Earlier in his tenure, Ed served as Portfolio Manager for Greystar’s flagship Greystar Equity Partners Fund series, where he was responsible for fund strategy and performance. He later led the firm’s operations across the Asia-Pacific region, including China, Singapore, Japan, and Australia. He joined Greystar in 2011 following his work on the Structured Credit Trading desk at Wachovia’s Corporate and Investment Banking Group. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and The Nature Conservancy of South Carolina. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in policy studies, focusing on political science and economics.
