Bernardo Taier

Responsible for the legal and Real Estate risk department at Brookfield in Brazil, he has also worked in several areas such as infrastructure, private equity, agribusiness and forestry, focusing on the real estate segment in recent years. Before joining Brookfield, he worked at Garcia e Keener Advogados, then worked at PwC in the consulting areas and in its legal arm, called Loeser e Portela Advogados. Graduated in law from PUC-Rio, he has a postgraduate degree (LLM) from the Instituto de Empresa Business School, in Madrid, with an extension at the National University of Singapore, focusing on business and capital markets. He also has an extension course in Corporate Law and Capital Markets from FGV.

Responsável pelo departamento jurídico e de riscos de Real Estate da Brookfield no Brasil, também já atuou em diversas áreas como infraestrutura, private equity, agronegócio e florestal estando, nos último anos, focado no segmento imobiliário. Antes de se juntar à Brookfield, atuou no escritório Garcia e Keener Advogados, depois trabalhou na PwC nas áreas de consultoria e em seu braço jurídico, chamado Loeser e Portela Advogados. Formado em direito pela PUC-Rio, possui pós-graduação (LLM) pelo Instituto de Empresa Business School, em Madri, com extensão na National University of Singapore, com foco nas áreas empresarial e de mercado de capitais. Também possui curso de extensão em Direito Societário e Mercado de Capitais pela FGV.
