Her role includes agenda curation, the development of innovative and differentiated initiatives, and the design of exclusive meetings and experiences that strengthen member engagement, increase value perception, and reinforce long-term relationships within the GRI community.
She leads the conception and delivery of high-level conferences, summits, roundtables, committees, and bespoke agendas, always aligned with GRI Institute’s institutional, commercial, and strategic objectives. Through her work, she actively fosters partnerships, business opportunities, and qualified dialogue among senior executives, investors, developers, operators, and public-sector leaders.

Cintia is a Senior Managing Director at Ontario Teachers’. Based in São Paulo, she is responsible for the Latin American real estate investment portfolio. Cintia joined Cadillac Fairview / OTPP in 2014 and brings more than 25 years of transactional experience with a focus on M&A and real estate. Before that, she held progressively senior positions at TozziniFreire Advogados in M&A, real estate, and project finance. She holds a Post-MBA Advanced Boardroom Program for Women degree from Saint Paul Escola de Negócios, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Comparative Jurisprudence from the New York University School of Law, and a Juris Doctor (JD) degree with a concentration in Private Law and Civil Procedure from the University of São Paulo.
