Mr. Gaurav Pandey brings over 20 years of real estate experience, including 8.5years with Godrej Properties.Under his leadership, GPL achieved approximately 3.7X growth in Booking Value in three years, reaching ₹29,444 Crores in FY25, the highest annual booking value by any Indian developer for the second consecutive year.
Since taking charge during FY23, GPL has delivered a cumulative Booking Value of ₹64,203 Crores, unprecedented in Indian residential real estate. GPL’s collections of ₹17,047 Crores and operating cash flow of ₹7,484 Crores in FY25 set benchmarks for the sector. He has led over 46 transactions with a cumulative revenue potential exceeding ₹88,500 Crores.
Previously, as CEO of the North Zone, he strengthened financial performance, growing Booking Value by 6X, Collections by 4X, and delivering the largest contribution to GPL’s PAT. Before GPL, he was CEO at Burman GSC and held senior roles at PropEquity and Ascendas India. He also co-anchored "The Property Show" on NDTV.
He co-chairs FICCI’s Committee on Urban Development and Real Estate. He has been a CEO Council member of The Wall Street Journal since 2024 and was recognized among "The World’s Most Influential Decision Makers" by the WSJ CEO Council in 2024. Gaurav has been recognized as the CEO of the Year at the Construction Times BAM Awards 2025. He was also honoured as the Iconic Brand Leader at the Realty Plus India Brand Leadership Conclave and Awards 2025 and named one of Business World's Most Valuable CEOs. In addition, he was bestowed with the Pride of India award at the Construction Week Awards 2024. Under his leadership, GPL has won many accolades.
