ABOUT THE SITE VISITS

An exclusive GRI Site Visit program in Madrid will explore standout living assets that exemplify quality, innovation, and resident-centric design in one of Europe’s most dynamic and fast-evolving cities

Hotel101 Madrid

Hotel101 Madrid marks a historic milestone as the first international property of the Filipino hotel brand, developed and delivered in under 24 months. The project comprises a 680-room hotel designed to offer efficient, large-scale hospitality accommodation in one of Madrid’s fastest-growing districts.

Strategically located, the asset benefits from excellent connectivity across the city. The hotel is just three minutes from Valdebebas Train Station, four minutes from IFEMA Madrid, five minutes from the Real Madrid Sports Complex, and seven minutes from Madrid-Barajas International Airport. It is also positioned next to the future Formula 1 Madrid circuit, placing the property in a prime location for major international events and business travel.

Be Casa Alcobendas

Be Casa Alcobendas is a flexible living concept that combines the privacy of fully furnished apartments with the services and amenities of a hotel, together with shared spaces designed to foster community living. Residents can stay for weeks, months, or up to a year, with an all-inclusive model covering utilities, Wi-Fi, cleaning service, linen and towel changes, maintenance, reception, and access to common areas.

The development features 827 studios and one-, two- and four-bedroom apartments, complemented by premium amenities including a gym, swimming pool, rooftop social terrace, coworking areas, game room, multi-sport court, green spaces, and parking. Located in a quiet area surrounded by nature, the asset benefits from excellent connectivity, just 20 minutes from central Madrid and 15 minutes from the airport.

Torre Castelló

The project consists of the repositioning of the iconic Eurocis Complex, a 100,000 sqm brutalist landmark designed by Miguel de Oriol e Ybarra in the late 1970s, located in Madrid’s prime Salamanca district. The strategy focuses on a large-scale mixed-use redevelopment across approximately 50,000 sqm, unlocking value in one of the city’s most established and supply-constrained locations.

The redevelopment will deliver two distinct projects. Torre Castello will transform the central tower into a landmark residential development featuring 158 apartments and around 5,000 sqm of premium amenities, including a rooftop pool, solarium, and 360º views over Madrid. At podium level, the MM50 PBSA project will convert former office space into a purpose-built student accommodation scheme with 394 single en-suite units and approximately 6,000 sqm of shared amenities. The asset targets leading sustainability and technology certifications, positioning it among the most ambitious PBSA developments in Spain.

Skyline Madrid

Situated in the heart of Tetuán, one of Madrid’s most rapidly transforming districts, Skyline has established itself as one of the most distinctive residential developments in the north of the city. The project comprises two towers of approximately 100 metres in height, offering more than 600 homes ranging from one to three bedrooms.

Its contemporary architecture — defined by glass façades and sleek white concrete terraces — gives the complex a unique visual identity within Madrid’s urban landscape, positioning it as a new landmark on the city’s skyline.

The homes have been designed to maximise natural light and views, featuring open-plan layouts and expansive floor‑to‑ceiling windows that seamlessly connect interior spaces with the surrounding city and the wider Madrid horizon.

The development also offers an extensive selection of amenities, including a panoramic rooftop pool, landscaped gardens, a fully equipped gym, co‑working areas and 24/7 concierge services, creating a modern residential experience aligned with today’s urban lifestyles.
