ABOUT THE SITE VISITS

An exclusive GRI Site Visit program in London will take members inside two landmark developments that showcase innovation, placemaking, and next-generation living. The agenda features a private tour of Battersea Power Station, the city’s flagship regeneration project, where heritage architecture, mixed-use placemaking, and large-scale investment have transformed a historic industrial asset into a globally recognised destination.

The program continues with an inside look at Fusion Group’s newest PBSA project at Brent Cross, a state-of-the-art student living development in one of London’s most strategic knowledge districts. This curated experience will offer privileged access to cutting-edge projects and high-level networking among senior industry leaders, creating a forum to exchange insights, benchmark operating and investment strategies, and deepen perspective on how London’s residential and mixed-use assets are evolving.

Battersea Power Station

The regeneration of Battersea Power Station has created London’s most exciting mixed-used neighbourhood – a place to shop, eat, drink, live, work and play. Welcoming over 30 million people since the Power Station opened to the public in October 2022 from the local community, London and further afield, visitors can now enjoy over 150 shops, bars, restaurants and unique leisure experiences in and around the iconic Grade II* listed building.
The restoration of Battersea Power Station is the centrepiece of an ambitious regeneration programme that spans across 42 acres and eight phases on a 450m stretch of the River Thames. When completed, this highly anticipated and innovative project will have created more than 20,000 new jobs, over 4,000 new homes, a new NHS medical facility and 19 acres of public space.
