Tour Ariane | BauMont Real Estate & Aquila Asset Management
Built in 1975 by architects Jean de Mailly and Robert Zammit, the Ariane Tower underwent a major transformation to improve its thermal and energy performance. As part of the NAOM project, the façade, delivered in April 2025, was entirely redesigned with ultra-clear insulating glass, enhancing transparency while revealing the tower’s original porthole features. The renovation also included a redesigned lobby and the creation of a bright business center featuring two large meeting rooms and an 80-seat auditorium.
At ground level, a bar, concierge, lounge, and reception areas foster a sense of community and collaboration, complemented by a glazed pavilion that opens onto a welcoming terrace. Driven by its owner and supported by all stakeholders, Ariane’s transformation preserves its unique identity while preparing it for the future. Explore new spaces with Ariane.
