Meeting’s Overview
In the past years, Portugal became a hot property market for investors seeking new investment opportunities and different players brought millions of euros in investment for the country each year, particularly in the housing segment. However, following a Ministerial meeting at the beginning of the year, the Portuguese Minister of Housing presented a package of measures to respond to various concerns within the scope of the housing policy in Portugal. After a lot of discussions from local and international real estate players, this meeting will gather GRI Club members to discuss the local legislation framework, international investments and its impacts on the real estate market.

Foi adjunto do Vereador do Urbanismo na Câmara Municipal do Porto entre 2013 e 2016. Até outubro de 2017 foi administrador executivo da GO Porto, EM - Gestão e Obras do Porto.
