Meeting Overview 

When it comes to student housing real estate market, Italy has different cities that attract students. With a lot of them spread in the country, market saturation and lack of beds stand, Italy is a big opportunity for investment in the purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) market. This club meeting will bring together Italian and International players in Milan to discuss the current overviews for 2024, highlighting investment pace and private operators initiatives.
