Norbert has been with Panattoni since 2007, serving as Head of Project Management until 2024. During this period, he was responsible for the execution of nearly 80% of Panattoni’s portfolio in Poland, amounting to more than 5 million square metres of industrial and logistics space. He leads a team of project managers overseeing the design, construction, and delivery of warehouse and industrial facilities, ensuring projects are executed on time and to the highest quality standards. His responsibilities also include coordination with local authorities, city offices, and administrative bodies to secure all necessary permits — from project inception through completion. Prior to joining Panattoni, Norbert held senior roles at Tebodin, where he served as Director of the Infrastructure Department, and at Menard & Doswell, where he worked as a Project Manager starting in 1998. He holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from a leading university in the Netherlands, and currently serves as the MD, Panattoni India.
