Anshul has over 15 years of leadership experience in the infrastructure and real estate sector with a track record of establishing 5 new businesses from the ground up. He has held the CEO and Director positions for Blackstone, Warburg Pincus, and Brookfield investee companies. In 2019, Anshul founded One Industrial Spaces - an integrated fund, development, and asset management organization. His entrepreneurial venture was soon provided backing by the USD 2.7 billion Welspun Group; and post acquiring a majority stake in this business, it went on to be rebranded as Welspun One Logistics Parks.

Prateek Jhawar joined Avendus in 2008 and heads the Infrastructure & Real Assets vertical of the investment banking business. With over 18 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance, he specializes in private equity fundraising and mergers & acquisitions for clients across multiple sectors including, infrastructure, power, logistics, and real estate. Based in Mumbai, he has been an integral part of the Avendus investment banking team for over a decade. As part of the core team, he was instrumental in establishing the structured finance and special situations advisory business. Later, he went on to set up the Infrastructure and Real Assets vertical, building a high calibre advisory team in the sector.

Chief Executive Officer, ESR India As Chief Executive Officer, India at ESR, Abhijit Malkani is responsible for devising and executing the overarching growth strategy for the company's Indian business and operations. His remit spans investments, development, leasing, and fund management. Abhijit brings over 30 years of experience in the real estate sector across North America, Europe, the Middie East, and Asia. Of these, more than 15 years have been dedicated to the industrial and logistics real estate sector in the Indian market. Prior to joining ESR, Abhijit was a member of the founding team and Managing Director of IndoSpace, where he played a pivotal role in transforming the company into a leading logistics real estate developer in India. He has also held senior management roles with several distinguished industry names, including Prologis where he was country head and established the Indian operations of the company. Abhijit holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi, India.

Norbert has been with Panattoni since 2007, serving as Head of Project Management until 2024. During this period, he was responsible for the execution of nearly 80% of Panattoni’s portfolio in Poland, amounting to more than 5 million square metres of industrial and logistics space. He leads a team of project managers overseeing the design, construction, and delivery of warehouse and industrial facilities, ensuring projects are executed on time and to the highest quality standards. His responsibilities also include coordination with local authorities, city offices, and administrative bodies to secure all necessary permits — from project inception through completion. Prior to joining Panattoni, Norbert held senior roles at Tebodin, where he served as Director of the Infrastructure Department, and at Menard & Doswell, where he worked as a Project Manager starting in 1998. He holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from a leading university in the Netherlands, and currently serves as the MD, Panattoni India.

Tapan Bhatt serves as Head of Investments at Ascendas First Space, a leading real estate investment and development company in India.
