As Managing Director – Investment Sales and Debt Advisory, India, Nishant Kabra leads JLL’s institutional capital markets business across the country, advising domestic and global investors, developers, and financial institutions on real estate transactions and capital strategies. He oversees investment sales, joint ventures, structured capital, and debt advisory across asset classes including office, retail, logistics, residential, and alternatives. Nishant works closely with sovereign wealth funds, private equity firms, pension funds, and leading developers to facilitate investments, strategic partnerships, and capital deployment in India’s real estate market. Through this role, he continues to strengthen JLL’s position in India’s institutional real estate sector and support the growth of global capital participation in the market.

Dhaval Ajmera pursued his MBA in Finance from the Cardiff University- United Kingdom and is spearheading the division of Marketing & Sales for Ajmera Group. His supervision led the company’s strong presence in India, Bahrain & United Kingdom. He is also a member of the Youth Wing of the CREDAI West zone with approx 1000 young developers from all across Western India. Dhaval also looks into the Liasoning of the projects in Mumbai, who along with other Committee members of CREDAI-MCHI was responsible for implementing the ease of doing business in building permits in Mumbai. Dhaval is a result-driven and resourceful director with a proven ability to drive management teams to maximize company profitability and efficiency.

Maneesh is the MD & CEO at ASK Financial Holdings (NBFC) managing Debt for ASK Group since 2018. He has more than 27 years’ experience in Banking and financial services. In his last role as CEO of Real estate fund at Aditya Birla Capital he’s managed an AUM of $200 Mn having domestic & offshore capital. He has been instrumental in setting up Wholesale & Retail Business at Aditya Birla finance. He has been part of Commercial Real estate and Mortgage Business at ICICI Bank in his early part of career.He is BE, MBA and alumni of Harvard Business School.

Ambar looks after the Asset Management business At Indiabulls. A Chartered Accountant, Ambar brings with him substantial deal-making and structuring experience in the Real Estate sector. Prior to joining Indiabulls AMC, Ambar was associated with JLL as Managing Director, where he successfully ran five businesses including Corporate Finance, Education, Healthcare and Social Housing, Special Development Initiatives and Infrastructure. He had worked with DTZ for over five years profitably leading the Investment Advisory business for India and set up the firm’s presence in West India for other service lines. His non real estate stints as an investment banker included IL&FS, Ambit Corporate Finance and KPMG”.

Anuj is a senior Strategy and Investment consulting professional with 19+ years of experience in cross-functional areas of Strategy Planning, M&A, Fundraising, Market Studies & Commercial Due Diligence. Anuj has handled Real Estate transactions and projects of varied nature valued at more than USD 1Bn. His previous stints were with Ernst & Young as Real Estate Advisory Practice for Pan India. He has also worked with Alexandria Real Estate Equities- a 17 Billion dollar REIT based out of the US. Anuj was part of one of the key management teams involved in investing more than US$ 250 Mn in India & developed around 1 Mn SF commercial RE projects across Hyderabad and Bangalore.

Kaushik Desai is currently Managing Partner of WSB Partners (formerly 'Walton Street India'). He is responsible for strategic initiatives of the group and managing key relationship with investors, funds and intermediaries. He is responsible for the Debt strategy in residential real estate. He brings in substantial experience in transaction structuring and helps to evaluate new investment opportunities. Prior to joining WSB, he was with Deutsche Bank, Edelweiss Capital and Dawnay Day AV Group. Kaushik is a Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary and holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from University of Mumbai.

Amit Goenka is CEO of Nisus Finance (NiFCO), which manages a USD 30 mn RE debt fund portfolio. He is one of India’s leading experts on RE and Infrastructure, appearing in media, industry and focus events. He was the Founder MD & CEO of Essel Finance (ZEE Group) managing AIF RE debt funds, PMS and offshore fund. As National Director- Investments for Knight Frank he transacted over USD 250 mn of real estate in 3 years covering land, residential, office and hotels. He structured NCDs, private equity and debt deals of ~USD 200 mn. He set up and led India’s first USD 50 mil. Office yield fund (REIT). Amit has also worked with Ernst & Young, Aditya Birla Group and Investment Dar (Kuwait/Dubai). Amit holds a BE, MBA, MFM & MRICS.

Ashish has over 20 years of industry experience, with expertise in real estate PE, Lending & Investment Banking. He has ~US$2 Bn of transaction experience across asset classes & capital structures. He founded Certus Capital in Jul’18. Prior to Certus, he co-headed the RE business of global PE firm KKR, in India. Under his leadership since 2013, KKR invested over US$1Bn in various RE projects in India. Before KKR, he was Exec Dir & Head of Acquisitions for Morgan Stanley Real Estate, India. Prior to this, he worked with Kotak Investment Bank and E&Y. At Kotak, he was instrumental in establishing Kotak’s RE investment banking practice. Ashish is ISB, Hyderabad alumni and a CA.

Rajat is a MBA with 20+ years of professional experience with MNC banks like Citi & Deutsche and Real Estate corporates like Lodha Group & Runwal.  With extensive experience in fields like Finance, Business Strategy, Sales & Marketing and Design Planning, he has managed to launch many business verticals profitably across the banking and real estate segments. Currently working as CEO West and Commercial Business – Pan India  in Puravankara, his key role is to build Puravankara into a major real estate player both in the West Region as well as Commercial Business in India. He is based out of Mumbai where he lives with his wife and two beautiful kids  and loves playing all outdoor sports especially Lawn Tennis.

After working at George Weiss Associates, a $3 billion hedge fund in New York, Sahil moved back to India to pursue his passion for entrepreneurship. Along with his younger brother Rushabh, they started SILA to explore opportunities in the Indian Real Estate sector. Over the last decade, SILA has scaled to manage over 150 million sqft., with 20,000+ employees across India. In 2019, SILA ventured into Real Estate Development in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, currently constructing approx. 500,000 sqft. Sahil’s track record over the last few years led him to be named in Entrepreneur Magazine’s ‘35 under 35’ list in 2018. Sahil is also an avid sportsman, and was a member of the Indian National Squash team.
