Adolfo Favieres is a Managing Director and Head of Real Estate Equity for Southern Europe at BlackRock. He leads the team responsible for identifying and managing real estate investments in the region. Before joining BlackRock, Adolfo was a managing partner at Neberu Capital Partners and served as Managing Director and Country Head at Barings, where he completed over 50 transactions across various real estate sectors, including offices, retail, logistics, hotels, residential, and PBSA. With more than 30 years of experience in the industry, Adolfo has an extensive network and deep knowledge of the Spanish real estate market.

Alberto Nin Garaizabal is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group. In this role, he is responsible for sourcing and executing investments across Southern Europe. Prior to joining Brookfield in 2016, Mr. Nin had worked at H.I.G. Capital as part of its distressed and real estate investment team in Madrid. Previously he worked for UBS Investment Bank, where he focused on M&A, equity and debt transactions across several sectors, asset classes and jurisdictions. Mr. Nin holds a business degree from Universidad Francisco de Vitoria and has been a professor at the Instituto de Empresa Business School since 2016.

Juan Gómez Vega is the Managing Director, Head of Southern Europe at DFI LLP (Deutsche Finance International). Joining DFI in 2020, he is instrumental in expanding the firm's real estate investment and asset management activities across Southern Europe, overseeing a portfolio of approximately €3 billion in assets. With over 15 years of experience in real estate investment and debt management across Europe, the US, and South America, Juan previously held key roles as Chief Capital Markets and Investor Relations Officer at Neinor Homes and CEO of Vilamoura World. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and is a CFA Charterholder.

Michele Russo, an Italian citizen, is based in London and serves as Head of Acquisitions and Asset Management for Southern Europe. Prior to joining the firm in January 2006, Michele worked at BNP Paribas REIM in Milan where he was responsible for sourcing and underwriting office and hotel investment opportunities in Italy. Michele holds a B.A. (cum laude) in Economics from Bocconi University. He is fluent in Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and English.
