GRI Hospitality eSummit 2020
8th - 10th December
Over the last decade, the global hotel industry demonstrated resilience and continuous growth, increasing its attractiveness among investors. Nevertheless, 2020’s Coronavirus pandemic destabilized the hospitality value chain, leaving operators and developers gasping for liquidity in only a couple of months. COVID-19 has accelerated consumer and technological trends, pushing industry players to innovate and find creative solutions to their assets to overcome the quarantines. But as the second wave reactivates lockdowns and restrictions around the world, a question remains: when will hotels be able to reopen to full capacity?

Join the global GRI Club to discuss such challenges and opportunities through candid peer-to-peer discussions. Navigate the current challenges presented by the Coronavirus recovery and changing real estate demands, especially cash flow, maintaining liquidity and landlord/tenant partnerships. Engage with C-level hospitality real estate leaders on what the post-Coronavirus world of hospitality might look like and what opportunities this might open up for buy/sell and repositioning.

Participation in this event is by invitation only. If you would like to join our members please submit your interest here.
