Robinson Silva is the COO of the GRI Club, which brings together leading real estate and infrastructure players in more than 100 countries. He leads the club's real estate market division in Brazil, including conferences and exclusive activities for members in the residential, land development, malls, retail, hospitality, offices, industrial and logistics segments. He is also a moderator of debates with essential players in the market, economy, and politics. He has an extensive network of relationships and broad experience in the Latin American and Brazilian real estate industry and the financial and credit areas. He holds a degree in Public Relations and postgraduate degrees in Marketing and Project Management.

The 'Brasil Investment Forum Experience - BIFx' will bring a new experience to foreign investors - those who already know and have contact and business with Brazil, as well as new prospects.

Inspired by the now traditional 'Brasil Investment Forum (BIF)' model, held since 2017 by ApexBrasil, the 'BIF-X' aims to get closer to specific sectors and markets.

Aimed at a business agenda and in a leaner and more VIP format, the action proposes to provide relevant information not only about the Brazilian business and regulatory environment, as well as, and mainly, focus on concrete and successful experiences of foreign investments in the country and in the presentation of real estate projects with greater potential for attracting the public.

He has extensive professional experience in business management and foreign investment, especially in the real estate and tourism sectors. He was CEO and member of the Board of Directors of companies related to civil construction and real estate development for more than a decade. In 2019 he started working in public service, taking over the General Coordination of Entrepreneurship Promotion, Investment Attraction and Fungetur (General Tourism Fund); and, in 2020, he took over the National Secretary of Investment Attraction, Partnerships and Concessions, both in the Ministry of Tourism. As National Secretary, he was substitute State Minister of Tourism, having represented Brazil in a G20 meeting.
