As hyperscale operators accelerate expansion, Latin America is gaining momentum as an attractive destination for digital infrastructure investment, supported by growing digital demand, improving connectivity, competitive operating costs, and access to abundant renewable energy resources.

Beyond serving regional demand, Latin America has the potential to become a global hub for sustainable AI infrastructure. The region's significant hydro, solar, and wind resources could provide a long-term competitive advantage, enabling countries to power energy-intensive data centers with low-carbon electricity while strengthening energy security, industrial competitiveness, and economic development.
