Eduardo Cimino
Biography
Eduardo Cimino is an investment and development manager with over 10 years of experience in the Real Estate market, currently holding the position of Senior Investment and Development Manager at Goodman Group. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo and a postgraduate degree in Finance from Insper. At Goodman, he leads new business and the development of logistics assets. He has been responsible for the acquisition of landmark assets in São Paulo and the leasing of the portfolio in the states of São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. Before joining Goodman, he worked in Acquisitions at Best Center Empreendimentos and as an Engineer at São Carlos Empreendimentos. In addition to his professional experience, he holds certifications in Negotiation and Conflict Management from Insper and Real Estate Appraisal from IBAPE-SP.
