Eduardo Cimino

Eduardo Cimino is Vice President of Investments at Cy.capital, with over 10 years of experience in the real estate sector. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (USP) and a postgraduate degree in Finance from Insper. At Cy.capital, Eduardo leads investment strategies and the development of logistics and data center assets. Prior to joining Cy.capital, he spent more than seven years at Goodman Group, where he served as Senior Investments and Development Manager having played a key role in the acquisition of landmark properties in São Paulo as well as in the leasing of the company’s portfolio across the states of São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. He began his career at São Carlos Empreendimentos. Eduardo also holds certifications in Negotiation and Conflict Management from Insper and in Real Estate Appraisal from IBAPE-SP.
