Curated purely by members, spanning 80+ countries, and across all asset classes, this global committee meets every alternate per month via zoom to share the current sentiment, investment appetite and debate where the market is going.
To kick off 2021, members of the GRI Global Multifamily & BTR Committee will gather in a private closed-door conversation to discuss the agenda for the next 12 months. After a forecast of the global BTR & Multifamily in 2021 from our Vice Chair and Knowledge Partner Susan Tjarksen, we will discuss key challenges and opportunities in the global multifamily sector, as well as emerging trends and demand drivers that committee members would like to see covered.
