MariaPia’s career spans more than 15 years across hospitality and real estate investment, marked by impactful roles that bridge operational leadership and financial expertise. Before joining HNH, she led development and investment across Europe for citizenM hotels, the disruptive, tech-forward brand that created the concept of affordable luxury, and recently joined the Marriott International portfolio. Her foundation was built at Cushman & Wakefield and Colliers International, where she specialised in financial feasibility and valuations for hotel assets across EMEA. MariaPia holds a Master’s degree in Hospitality Management with a concentration in Real Estate Finance and Investment from Cornell University (USA).
