CEE’s Office Market

As Head of Divestments at Skanska’s commercial development unit in CEE, Adrian is responsible for sourcing buyers and conducting transaction processes in Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Romania. While working at Skanska, Adrian has divested over 40 office buildings totaling almost EUR 2 bn. He has also expanded Skanska’s clients portfolio by 15 new buyers. Moreover, Adrian was involved in the sales process of Skanska’s asset in London and Helsinki. Adrian started his professional career in 1997 at Gerald Eve International. He went on to work for Knight Frank and GE Capital Golub Real Estate. Prior to joining Skanska in 2013, he worked for Echo Investment as the director responsible for the company’s asset divestments. Adrian is also coordinating the Skanska cross-border transaction team (CEE, US, and Nordics).

A legal expert with an extensive background in business. Her practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, real estate asset management, with a particular focus on the office market, joint ventures, corporate and organisational restructuring. Anna has cooperated with international law firms and as a head of the legal department at a leading retail property owner and operator in CEE. She has led a significant number of high-profile transactions and her client base includes some of the biggest real estate investors in Poland and CEE. Recognised in the 2020 Top Woman in Real Estate in the legal services sector.

As Co-Managing Partner in Griffin Capital Partners, responsible for sourcing and executing real estate transactions, as well as overseeing Griffin’s investments across various CRE sub-sectors. He brings +19Y experience in investment transactions, fund management, and portfolio & asset management in CEE. Before re-joining Griffin in 2025, Artur served as MD - RE operations of Globalworth PL (2017–25), where he also co-led the company’s expansion to +20 office and mixed-use assets in PL (+600k sqm GLA, +€1.5bn). He was also driving the company’s digitalisation and ESG initiatives in PL. Before working for Griffin initially in 2013-17 Artur also gained RE experience at PointPark Properties, AKJ Investment TFI, and PwC. Artur graduated from the University of Economics in Katowice with an MA in Finance and Investment, studied at Jönköping International Business School in Sweden, and completed postgraduate studies in Real Estate Valuation at the Cracow University of Technology.

Dieter Knittel serves as Head of International Real Estate Finance for Central and Eastern Europe at pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG, one of Germany's leading real estate finance specialists. Based in Germany, he oversees the bank's strategic real estate financing activities across the CEE region, leveraging extensive expertise in international commercial real estate markets. Knittel plays a key role in expanding pbb's footprint in emerging European markets, managing complex financing structures for institutional investors and real estate developers. His leadership contributes to pbb's position as a major player in European real estate finance, supporting the bank's growth strategy in dynamic CEE markets through innovative financing solutions.

Dorota is a Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer of REINO Group (fund and investment management company based in Poland). Dorota has over 25 years of professional experience in the real estate industry working for PWC and Knight Frank in the CEE region. She advised local and international developers, global investment funds, and Polish entities in these roles. Dorota has invested and managed more than EUR 2bn of Polish real estate for various Polish and international structures. She is a Polish licensed valuer and a Member of the RICS. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Management and MBA from the University of Minnesota/Carlson Schoof of Management.

Noah M. Steinberg (Wing, ECHO, Bauwert, Germany, Poland, Hungary) Noah M. Steinberg is Chairman and CEO of the WING Group and Chairman of the Supervisory Boards of Echo Investment SA in Poland and Bauwert AG in Germany. Noah Steinberg was born in the US and has lived and worked in Central Europe since 1990. Based in Budapest, he was a founder of Wing in 1999 and he has been the company's Chief Executive since then, responsible for the development and investment activities of the WING group across all asset classes and geographies. He graduated from Princeton University (Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs) with a BA and the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna with an MA.He speaks English, French, German, Spanish and Hungarian

Piotr Bujak – Chief Economist and Head of Economic Research Department at PKO Bank Polski. He has vast experience as economist and strategist at a few financial institutions, including Nordea Markets and Santander Bank Poland. Before starting work in the Polish banking sector in 2002, he worked as economist at Center for Social and Economic Research, the leading economic think-tank in Poland, and was taking part in advisory projects in transition economies. His main fields of interest include: monetary economics, monetary integration, pension economics, financial markets and financial system stability. Graduated from Warsaw University. Co-author of a few books. Regularly awarded for accuracy of macroeconomic and financial market forecasts

Mr. Alroy co-founded Mindspace, a flex space operator with over 40 locations in Europe and the US, serving the entire spectrum from start up to the largest companies in the world. Mr. Alroy currently serves as Chief of Business Development. Prior to co-founding Mindspace, Mr. Alroy had several executive business development roles at Roboteam and SHL Telemedicine (SWX: SHLTN). During his career he served as a partner for AYRAD Investments, a single-family office focused on high tech investments. Mr. Alroy holds a BA in Law & Business Administration from the Raichman University, and an EMBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
