Bart Coenraads has over 20 years of real estate investment experience, as well as managing direct real estate portfolios and real estate developments. He was Head of Asia Pacific & Global Strategy Director for LaSalle Global Partner Solutions. He led LaSalle GPS' investment selection in the APAC region, as well as secondary and recapitalization investment opportunities. As Global Strategy Director he was responsible for coordinating and monitoring the investment strategy for the GPS clients. Before LaSalle, he worked for Aviva Investors, BNP Paribas Investment Partners, Mn Services and Royal Ahold. Bart holds a Masters in Real Estate from the University of Amsterdam and a BA in Legal and Economics from the Fontys Hogeschool, Eindhoven.

John Saunders, Managing Director, is Head of APAC for BlackRock Real Estate and a member of the Real Estate Global Executive Committee as well as BlackRock’s Asia Executive Committee. Mr. Saunders oversees the day to day operations of the BlackRock Asia Property Fund IV (AFIV), BlackRock Asia Property Fund V (AFV). Mr. Saunders' service with the firm dates back to 2007, including his years with MGPA, which was acquired by BlackRock in 2013. He has over 30 years of experience in the property industry, the last 24 of which have been in Asia. Mr. Saunders is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors. Mr. Saunders holds a diploma in estate management.

Laurent has over 22 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. In January 2018 he was appointed Head of Asia-Pacific, in charge of all the operations (investments and capital raising) for AXA IM Real Assets in the region, based in Tokyo. Laurent is a member of the AXA IM Real Assets’ Management Board. Until the end of 2017, Laurent was European Head of Transactions, coordinating and executing deals for AXA IM Real Assets' clients across Europe. Prior to that Laurent was Global Head of Corporate Finance; his responsibilities included new product structuring, property finance and managing complex transactions. Between 2006 and 2010 he was Head of Corporate Finance UK based in London.
