James is Fund Manager for 360 Capital. 360 Capital is currently establishing a listed CRE debt business that will 1. Provide Commercial Real Estate Loans, 2. Own 2 loan origination businesses and 3. A funds management business focussing on CRE debt. For over 25 years, he has a proven track record of successfully managing and repositioning portfolios, growing portfolios and funds under management, delivering strong returns for investors and completing major transactions. Prior to joining Fortius James was Head of Capital Markets, Australia and New Zealand for Cushman and Wakefield. Prior to this James held senior roles in Sydney with Colliers International, Lend Lease, Mirvac and Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing.
