Proprium Capital Partners is an employee-owned real estate fund manager spun out from Morgan Stanley in March 2013. Members of our Team have experience investing in real estate and real estate operating companies over the course of four special situations funds in 17 years. Proprium is focused on providing investment advisory services to commingled, discretionary funds with respect to opportunistic investments in real estate and real estate-related operating companies.
