Lorenzo Marcone
Biography
Lorenzo is a Principal at Proprium Capital Partners, L.P. where he's focused on underwriting new investments as well as being involved in the asset management of the European portfolio. Prior to joining Proprium, Lorenzo worked in the acquisitions team at Kildare Partners since 2018, where he focused on underwriting real estate and non-performing loan acquisitions across Europe. Prior to joining Kildare, Lorenzo spent four years at GWM Group focusing on the underwriting and asset management of real estate special situations across Italy and the UK. Lorenzo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Finance from University of Westminster and a Master of Science in Banking and Finance from Queen Mary University of London.
