Jorge Moguel, has a bachelor in Civil Engineer from UNAM, gets a Master Degree of Infrastructure Planning (M.Sc.) from Stuttgart University, Germany. As an executive course has completed one in Planning and Leadership at Berkeley University, California. As well a Certification of the Negotiation Skills by Harvard Law School. He has participated and led more than ten major infrastructure projects, some of them out of the country in Central and South America.
