Thomas holds a MSc degree in Computer Science at UFAM, a MBA in Strategic Management of Technological Innovation at UNICAMP, a CP3P-F certification, as well as a graduate degree in Electrical Engineering at USP.

For over 15 years, I have worked as an executive specializing in the development and structuring of strategic planning, with a focus on securing new business in concessions and public-private partnerships (PPP), particularly in the transport infrastructure sector, such as airports, ports, and urban mobility, as well as in social and service infrastructure, such as service centers, schools, administrative centers, hospitals, and parks. Throughout my career, I have led the development and implementation of strategic solutions, generating value for various stakeholders, with a strong focus on business innovation, M&A, corporate governance, new business, and the repositioning of institutional and reputational image. Today, I serve as Director of Institutional Relations and a board member of more than ten SPVs invested in by Socicam, participating in strategic decision-making to ensure investment returns, maximize opportunities, mitigate risks, and ensure business sustainability.
