Biography
Born in Paraná, Aeronautical Engineer, by the Technological Institute of Aeronautics, and postgraduate in the FGV initially served as Air Force Officer, responsible for maintaining the entire fleet of various Air Force equipment, including the F-5 and Mirage. He continued with a career in the area of operations and later became president of multinational corporations in the area of consumer goods, with travel in the United States, Mexico, Argentina and Malaysia, returning later to the aeronautical sector, having presided over the Brazilian subsidiary of Swissport and currently CEO of Concessionaire Salvador Bahia Airport, aerodrome that became fully operated by the company Vinci Airports as of January 2, 2018.

VINCI Airports
The Salvador Airport was integrated through a Concession Agreement lasting until 2047 to VINCI Airports, one of the five major global companies in the sector, which develops, finances, builds and operates airports.
