André Dabus is Director of Construction & Infrastructure of Marsh Brazil, Insurance broker authorized by Susep and lawyer formed by PUC-SP. Certification CP3P-F by APMG Internacional, he holds a postgraduate degree in Infrastructure Law from the FGV- SP and an executive MBA from Fundação Don Cabral. He is also a professor of the MBA of Insurance and Reinsurance Law of ESSP- Escola Superior de Seguros Privados and Professor of the MBA PPPs and Concessions - FESP-SP /LSE.

Bruno counsels Brazilian and foreign clients on matters related to infrastructure projects, energy, oil and gas and mining. He worked as a foreign associate in the New York office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, and was a partner in the American law Firm of Mayer Brown. CCaio de Souza Loureiro holds is a PhD Candidate at USP and holds a Master in Public Law from PUC-SP. For 15 years, he has been a lawyer in the infrastructure practice, with a focus on structuring projects, advising on bidding and regulatory and contract management. Caio advises public and private clients on relevant infrastructure projects, especially on highways, ports, airports, sanitation and social infrastructure (education and health). He is a professor in PPP and Concessions MBA (FESP-SP | London School of Economics), and ProCED, from FIA.

Christian is the Infrastructure, Private Equity and Sovereign Funds leader and has over 19 years experience in advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and made Partner in 2010. In Brazil, Christian has primarily focused on advising foreign investors, both corporate and financial seeking opportunities to invest in Latin America. He has also worked for over 2 years in our London office, and worked for large clients, both corporate and financial buyers, and performed buy side and vendor due diligence assignments in various sectors such as Energy, Mining, Oil & Gas, industrial and consumer products, among others.

He began his political career as a state deputy for Bahia and as Secretary of Sanitation and Water Resources of the state. He was Deputy Governor of the State of Bahia from 1995 to 1998 and re-elected for the period 1999 to 2002. In April 2002, he was elected Federal Senator for Bahia. He served as Senator of the Republic from 2003 to 2011. In 2012, he held the position of Vice President of Government of the Banco do Brasil, where he remained until April 2013 when he assumed the command of the Ministry of Transport. In 2015 he returned to the Banco do Brasil, occupying the Infrastructure Vice-Presidency. In September 2016, he took over the Executive Presidency of ABCR.

Felipe Lima is CEO of Arcadis in Latin America (leading global company in Design & Consultancy for natural and built assets) and also holds the position of CEO in Brazil. Graduated in Mechanical Engineering, he has more than 20 years of experience in national and global companies, with vast experience of leadership in the Americas and expertise in corporate finance and management, covering the energy, infrastructure, oil and gas, and mining industries. Prior to Arcadis, he held positions of Executive Director and Board Member in Promon Group companies, including three years as CEO of Promon Engineering. In his professional career, he also served as CFO of Votorantim Cimentos in North America and as VP of Citigroup in the USA.

Marcelo Girão is a Managing Director, Head of Project Finance, and Partner at Itaú BBA. With over 24 years of experience, he has an extensive track record in advising clients and structuring project finance transactions. Marcelo has participated in projects totaling more than 30 GW of power generation capacity, 10,000 km of transmission lines, and numerous infrastructure initiatives, including toll roads, water and sewage systems, airports, and others. Engenheiro Eletricista e Administrador de Empresas com larga experiência no setor elétrico e destacada atuação nas áreas de iluminação pública, eletrificação rural e sustentabilidade. Em seguida, mudou para o setor de energia fundando uma primeira empresa de EPC solar dedicada à geração distribuída na França, com cerca de 30 pequenos projetos fotovoltaicos. Em 2013 mudou-se para o Brasil para iniciar uma nova empresa de energia solar que logo fez parceria com a Eren. Pierre lidera a atividade de Total Eren no Brasil - 140MW de usina solar em construção / operação - e desde 2016 iniciou os negócios na Argentina, responsável principalmente na aquisição e leilões, levando a 180MW de usinas eólicas e solares atualmente em construção.

Renato Lopes é bacharel em Tecnologia em Construção Civil pela Universidade Mackenzie, pós-graduado em Administração pela Unip e tem MBA em Gestão de Negócios de Atacado pela Fipecafi (USP).
