Biography
Sócio fundador do escritório Manesco, Ramires, Perez, Azevedo Marques, Sociedade de Advogados, é Professor Doutor de Direito Administrativo da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de São Paulo (USP). Atua há trinta anos nas áreas de consultoria e contencioso judicial em Direito Administrativo, Financeiro, Contratual e Empresarial. Nos últimos anos, desenvolveu extenso trabalho de consultoria na modelagem de contratos de concessão e PPP. Foi relator do Tribunal de Ética e Disciplina II (TED II) da Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil (OAB), entre 2004 - 2006. Tem dois livros e dezenas de artigos publicados.
