Has been worked in infrastructure projects since heavy construction, teleom and concessions of highways, airports and urban mobility modals. He was responsible for coordinating and facilitating important bidding processes in the companies he worked for, including the winning consortia of the Confins Airport concessions, in addition the acquisition of Quito, Curaçao and São José Airports. To that end, he served in important C level positions of companies such as CCR Gropup and Brasil Telecom. Nevertheless, he worked directly at the concessionaires, having the emblematic participation, for almost 5 years, in BH Airport as director of infrastructure and as president of the concessionaire.

Alexandre Monteiro holds B.Eng. and MSc. degrees in Engineering from the Catholic University from Rio de Janeiro, as well as PhD degree in engineering from the University of California. He has also concluded executive education courses in Harvard, Wharton and Brazilian IBGC. In 1997, he started his journey in financial market and worked for Indosuez and Unibanco. From 2005 to 2013, Alexandre held the CFO position in large corporations in Brazil. In 2014, joined the concessionaire of the Rio de Janeiro International Airport, RIOgaleão, as CFO. In March 2020, after overseeing the financial structuring and execution of the renovation of the airport for the RIO 2016 Olympics, Alexandre was promoted to CEO of RIOgaleão.

Fernando has 15+ years of broad experience in the infrastructure finance and development sector including his current leadership role as chief executive for a group of three regional airports in Chile. He has also served in an executive/board support capacity to the Board of Directors for the Arturo Merino Benítez International Airport PPP project in Santiago, with an aggregate of 18 million pax/year. He also has extensive background in executive and director roles for various airport developments in Latin America and the Caribbean with focus on airport privatization projects, PPP financing and airport administration, bridging public and private sector oversight. In Montego Bay, Jamaica, he served as Chief Financial Officer.

Born in 1983, François Deveza has a Master of Engineering from Ecole des Mines de Nancy (France). He started his career in 2008 as a strategy consultant in Paris for Mars & Co. In 2012 he joined SNCF (French railway operator) as a Senior Consultant and appointed on the Project of Railway Reform. In 2015, he held the position of Project Director at Groupe ADP International, in charge of Latam. François Deveza is currently Commercial Director Latam at Ferrovial Airports and Power Infrastructure (electric transmission lines).

Ionut Doldor is Director M&A and heads Latin America and India business development at AviAlliance. He has more than 10 years of experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams for airport privatizations and investments, being involved in numerous projects across the globe on both buy- and sell-side. Examples include divestments of airports in the UK as well as bids in Portugal, Puerto Rico, Chile, Brazil and India. Ionut has joined AviAlliance in 2016, and has previously worked in Spain with Ferrovial Airports and in the UK at Heathrow Airport. He has degrees in business administration, economics and finance.

Mr. Scheferman’s airport investment and management career spans over 20 years. He served as CEO of TAS, and currently sits on the TAS board. Prior to CCR USA, he was Co-founder, President and CEO of Airports Worldwide (“AW”), where he built a portfolio of 11 airports under management serving 35 million passengers annually. Prior to AW, he served as CEO of Colliers International-Los Angeles. He started his career in airports at Airport Group International, where he was Managing Director for Airport Group Australia and Director of Latin America. He holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Capitol University and a degree in Economics from Ripon College, and the title of Colonel, U.S. Marine Corps (retired).

Born in Paraná, Aeronautical Engineer, by the Technological Institute of Aeronautics, and postgraduate in the FGV initially served as Air Force Officer, responsible for maintaining the entire fleet of various Air Force equipment, including the F-5 and Mirage. He continued with a career in the area of operations and later became president of multinational corporations in the area of consumer goods, with travel in the United States, Mexico, Argentina and Malaysia, returning later to the aeronautical sector, having presided over the Brazilian subsidiary of Swissport and currently CEO of Concessionaire Salvador Bahia Airport, aerodrome that became fully operated by the company Vinci Airports as of January 2, 2018.
