Wei-Ting Leong
Biography
Wei-Ting Leong (or "Ting") serves as Investment Director of Grosvenor's Diversified Property Investments ("GDPI") business, based in London. Grosvenor is a global real estate investment firm and one of the oldest and most prominent property-based family offices. Ting drives Grosvenor's international investment strategy and capital deployment across a diverse range of markets, property sectors and investment types, with a strong focus on core+, value-add and opportunistic strategies that deliver risk-adjusted returns. She is responsible for originating and leading GDPI's new real estate investments and operating partnerships, as well as managing existing investments across Grosvenor's £1bn international portfolio. Ting also sits on the Advisory Committee for Fonds Forum (Asia Conference).
