Ziv Cohen
Biography
Ziv Cohen is the Chief Investment Officer at The Resmark Companies. With over 30 years of real estate experience, he oversees Resmark’s investment, underwriting, and asset management activities. Since joining in 2001, Cohen has been instrumental in the financing and development of over 70,000 residential units in the United States and Israel. Under his leadership, Resmark entered the residential rental market in 2011, amassing a portfolio of over 10,000 units. He also established the firm's Northern California division and led its emergence in direct investments in land portfolios. Cohen holds a BA from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from Pepperdine University. He chairs the National Association of Home Builders Multifamily Leadership Board and serves on the Boards of BrightSky Residential and BRIDGE Housing.
