Wendy Waters
Biography
Wendy Waters serves as Vice President, Research Services & Strategy at GWL Realty Advisors, leading a team that delivers strategic analysis for office, industrial, retail, and multi-residential asset classes. With over 20 years of experience in real estate research, nearly two decades at GWLRA, she focuses on the economic, demographic, and social drivers that influence real estate performance and market trends. Her team supports portfolio strategies and the development of new rental buildings across Canada. Waters holds a Ph.D. and is actively involved with the Urban Land Institute (ULI), co-chairs RealPac's Research Committee, and sits on the Board of Directors for the Urban Development Institute of British Columbia (UDI). She regularly publishes research and shares insights at industry events.
