Victor Ballestas

Victor Ballestas is a Principal at Integra Investments, driving business development and spearheading project visions from conceptualization to delivery. A recognized industry leader, his career highlights include serving as Division President at WCI Communities, where he oversaw over 15 ultra-luxury high-rise developments. He also managed Wheelock Street Capital's southeast division and led the divestiture of a significant condominium portfolio as Regional Director for ST Residential, a Starwood Capital subsidiary. At Integra, Ballestas has been pivotal in major mixed-use projects like Aventura ParkSquare and has been instrumental in expanding the Integra Marinas platform, acquiring numerous assets including Sea Isle Marina. He holds a Finance degree from Florida International University and a Master's in Real Estate Finance from the University of Florida.
