Todd Megrath

Todd has more than 13 years in real estate and finance experience and has overseen both debt and equity raise efforts on a national scale. Having joined the team in 2021 Todd has been tasked with growing the investor network for the team and raising capital to continue to grow the Big Rock portfolio. Todd has a B.S. from the University of Utah, a Masters’ from Harvard University, and has studied Real Estate Development and Analysis at Cornell University.
