Toby Cobb
Biography
Mr. Cobb is 3650 REIT’s Co-Founder and Co-Managing Partner, and is jointly responsible for loan origination capital markets, financing activities, and oversite of 3650 Loan Servicing, a rated Special Servicer by all 5 NRSO’s. He is also a member of the Firm’s Investment Committee. Mr. Cobb has 30 years of experience in commercial real estate investment and finance. Mr. Cobb is also the Co-CEO of Grass River Property (GRP), a 3650 REIT affiliate. GRP is a Miami Florida based, +/- 2 million sqft, portfolio of adaptive re-use and transit oriented commercial real estate properties. Assets include, ground up multifamily development on Miami’s Metrorail and experiential retail, in partnership with Federal Realty (NYSE: FRT).
